Air Hammer

The new JDC Series valve less hammers are offered for a successful HDD hammer drilling project. Together with Sai Deepa Rock Drills developed strong robust design without foot valve to withstand heavy duty HDD applications.

All critical internal components are heat treated under strict quality controls to maximise tool longevity which reduces service requirements. All our air hammers are time tested and proven as well as being low on fuel consumption and high on penetration.

This air hammer system can be run on most of the HDD Rigs with an additional air compressor system and offers impressed safety over existing technologies with a ROP gain of 200% and more over the conventional rotary or mud motor drilling in hard to very hard lithology.
